Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click, from settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period and you keep access until then. The details are in our refund policy.
What do I get without paying?
The solo map, whole: every line drawn, every power place pinned and named, and a plain-English note on each. You can build one without an account, and a free account keeps up to five charts. The deeper readings — and the couple and group charts — are what the paid tiers unlock.
What if someone doesn't know their birth time?
It depends which kind of unknown. A rough part of the day (morning, afternoon, evening, or night) computes the chart at a representative hour and draws the full map as a clearly flagged best estimate, never as equal to an exact time. A fully unknown time draws no lines at all, since every line depends on the time of day. On couple and group charts, a person without a time still counts toward the composite's positions but casts no lines of their own.
Will the price go up later?
Possibly for new subscribers, never for you. The price you join at stays yours for as long as your subscription stays active.
Are PDF reports extra?
No. PDF reports are part of Pro — printable, giftable records of a solo, couple, or group chart, drawn from Pro's monthly reading allowance rather than billed separately.
