Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, in one click, from settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period and you keep access until then. The details are in our refund policy.
What exactly is in the free couple and group preview?
Your real map: all pins, all composite lines, every participant overlaid. The top three places open with each person's individual reading. The deeper layers — the relationship as its own chart, the synthesis, the rest of the places — are what the subscription unlocks. The sample charts show all of it, unlocked, with fictional people.
What if someone doesn't know their birth time?
The chart still works. Lines that depend on an exact time are marked as approximate, and the reading says so rather than pretending — the map is honest about what the data can and can't support.
Will the price go up later?
Possibly for new subscribers, never for you. The price you join at stays yours for as long as your subscription stays active.
What is the PDF report?
A printable, giftable report of a couple or group chart — a keepsake rather than a tool. One-time purchase, $29, with or without a subscription, available at launch.
